Full-Time Assistant Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead the loudest store in the mall. Your responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing a team, and running an operationally sound business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales plan and/or comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team
• Create buzz and engage customers through promotions, social media, and additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Lead operations, balancing autonomy, customer-first selling, and loss prevention
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategies
• Messure and merchandise the store according to planograms and launch promotions on time

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising) skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
