Responsibilities
- Support the incredible growth of both our skilled and outpatient departments.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and guidance to physical therapists and other therapy staff.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Requirements
- An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon.
- Preference for candidates with 2 years of geriatric experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead therapist role.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Hours are flexible but typically include weekends and evenings.
