Assistant Director of Rehabilitation – Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Aid in the daily management and oversight of the rehabilitation department.
• Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
• Support staff development, scheduling, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize resident outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute setting preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Passion for helping residents achieve their highest level of function.
