Full-Time - Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead survey readiness and ensure continuous compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Oversee activities related to accreditation agencies, including monitoring Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulations.
• Conduct audits, tracers, and develop corrective action plans to address compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to integrate compliant and safe processes.
• Provide staff education on compliance protocols and standards.
• Track performance data and analyze risk and improvement opportunities.
• Advise leadership to support mission-driven, whole-person care within the health system.
