About the Role
Lead survey readiness and maintain continuous compliance across the health system.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accreditation activities, monitor standards from Joint Commission, CMS, and state agencies.
- Conduct audits and tracers to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance gaps.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to embed compliant and safe processes.
- Deliver staff education on compliance and safety protocols.
- Track performance data and analyze trends to support quality improvement.
- Advise leadership on risk management and opportunities for enhancement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in accreditation, regulatory compliance, or healthcare quality management.
- Strong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and state standards.
- Excellent audit, tracer, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and leadership.
- Strong communication skills for staff education and reporting.
