Full-Time - Accounting & Finance Director

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial statements, general ledger, tax reporting, and audits.
• Manage controllership duties, including cash flow and banking relationships.
• Design and monitor internal controls, evaluate risk, and lead remediation efforts.
• Drive finance transformation through process automation and system integrations.
• Cook up audits, monitor expenses, and ensure tax compliance.
• Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally to uphold financial governance and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with evolving accounting standards and develop team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA required.
• 10+ years in finance or accounting, with leadership experience in financial reporting.
• Minimum 5 years managing teams and overseeing accounting functions.
• Expertise in internal controls, statutory accounting principles, U.S. GAAP, and tax accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial systems, data analytics, and reporting tools.
