About the Role

Apart from Premier World Class Urgent Care and Primary Care Network in beautiful North Carolina with over 50 locations statewide, we offer a wide array of services including Accidents, medical illness, injuries, and simple procedures that might require suturing, stitching, stapling, Incision and Drainage, Wound care, Flu prevention and treatment, vaccinations and immunizations, Labs and X-Rays, Physicals, employment related services and women’s health.

Responsibilities

• PA or NP Provider obtains an adequate history and performs an appropriate physical examination for the presenting problem
• Orders pertinent laboratory and radiographic studies as needed based on the initial evaluation
• Makes appropriate therapeutic decisions in conjunction with the patient based on the information gathered
• Administers appropriate medication or treatment as necessary
• May perform Minor surgical procedures such as suturing, stitching, stapling, incision and drainage when necessary

Requirements

• Board Certified nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant
• BLS Certification
• Active NC Provider license in good standing
• At least 1 year Provider experience in the Emergency Medicine, and/or Urgent Care settings
• Prior experience in an outpatient medical clinic or urgent care setting preferred

Qualifications

• No new / Recent Grads
• Work Schedule: 3(12) shifts during (Monday thru Friday)
• Coverage to the following (3) locations: Wilson, Zebulon and Garner

$159,000 - $177,840 per year
