Full-Time 2nd Shift DSP in Uniontown

Join our team as a Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP), working two 12‑hour shifts per weekend with bonus pay for your commitment. As a DSP, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities, community involvement, and personal growth. Responsibilities

• Help with everyday living skills such as cleaning, cooking, bathing, getting dressed, eating, and attending activities and medical appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with 5 or fewer points
• Must have sufficient physical strength to lift and assist individuals
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Previous direct care experience preferred

We provide paid training for all new employees so you can provide the high-quality care and services we demand for the people we serve.

Weekend Warrior — every Saturday & Sunday, 6 am–6 pm (two 12‑hour days)
