Responsibilities
- Oversee cardiac anesthesia services at McAllen Heart Hospital
- Serve in a call position with competitive cardiac call stipends
- Manage a cardiac case mix including open hearts, CABGs (90%+ on pump), valves, vascular, and thoracic
- Handle additional cases such as general and urology, with potential need for regionals for post-op pain management
Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist
- Leadership experience in a cardiac anesthesia setting
Pay
- $775,000 compensation package
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
Schedule
- 36-week contract
- 16 weeks time off
