About the role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer with a TS/SCI clearance, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that the software meets both technical and business requirements. You will also be expected to maintain and update existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain and update existing systems, ensuring they remain secure and performant.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users and other engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a full stack environment.
  • Experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java).
  • Strong understanding of databases, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about software engineering and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and security.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and technologies.

Skills

  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
