About the role

ARKA Group L.P. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Aurora, CO. This is an on-site position offering flexible schedules within the pay period.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment
  • Maintain and upgrade the software following deployment
  • Oversee and guide the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software
  • Oversee the automated testing and provide feedback to management during the development process
  • Modify and test changes to previously developed programs

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
  • At least 3 years of Java, C#, or Python
  • At least 1 year of Javascript or Typescript experience
  • Experience with the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications using Java and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot or Quarkus
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Experience in the development of unit, integration, and system tests to ensure software quality
  • Experience in the development of microservices and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with modern cloud providers such as AWS or Azure as well as understanding of standalone Kubernetes deployments
  • Experience with modern front-end development using React or Angular as well as a corollary understanding of JavaScript or Typescript
  • Experience with Source Control tools (e.g. Git, Gitlab)
  • Experience with DevSecOps and Agile Scrum software development methodology including using tools like Git, Jira and Confluence

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern cloud provider such as AWS or Azure as well as understanding of standalone Kubernetes deployments
  • Experience with modern front-end development using React or Angular as well as a corollary understanding of JavaScript or Typescript
  • Experience with Source Control tools (e.g. Git, Gitlab)
  • Experience with DevSecOps and Agile Scrum software development methodology including using tools like Git, Jira and Confluence

Pay

Pay Range: $105,000 - $185,000

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to use hands to keyboard, communicate, listen to, and interpret instructions and remain stationary for extended periods of the time.
