Full-Stack Software Engineer - TS/SCI Required

About the role

Join our team of talented engineers in the Fort Meade area supporting critical national security programs. As a full-stack software engineer, you’ll use a wide range of technologies spanning front-end user interfaces, RESTful web services, Java back-end services, and multiple databases (both relational and NoSQL).

Technical Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Java software development
  • 2+ years of experience accessing relational databases
  • 2+ years of experience implementing RESTful web services
  • 1+ years of experience using Spring / Spring Boot
  • 1+ years of experience using Git source code control
  • 1+ years developing software in a Linux environment
  • 1+ years of experience using JUnit, Maven, Jenkins

Technical Skills Preferred

  • Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment using Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with distributed technologies such as Hadoop, Spark and Kafka
  • Experience with MongoDB, ElasticSearch, HBase or Accumulo data stores
  • Basic understanding of Python
  • Basic understanding JavaScript
