The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. In this role, you will work within an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and business analysts to design, develop, and deploy innovative applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating secure, reliable, and maintainable web applications and REST APIs that enhance the user experience. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle—from planning and analysis to deployment and maintenance—while emphasizing automated testing and best practices. This position offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S., with specific in-office requirements for candidates in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C., to work at least four days per week.
