About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. This role requires a versatile professional comfortable working across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure components. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, high-performance payment systems and integrations. You will have the opportunity to work on full-stack development involving Spring Boot services, React interfaces, and infrastructure automation using Terraform in cloud environments like AWS. The role offers technical ownership, collaborative problem-solving, and significant influence on product architecture and future development directions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, QA teams, and engineering colleagues in an agile setting to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot (MVC and WebFlux).
• Strong proficiency in React, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap for responsive UI development.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Practical experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, and SSM.
• Familiarity with OAuth2, Spring Security, JWT, and policy-based authorization mechanisms.
• Solid understanding of testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito, and experience supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of security best practices, performance tuning, and design patterns.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and deploying to multi-environment AWS setups.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize applications using Spring Boot (MVC and WebFlux), React, and related technologies.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrate messaging queues, and implement asynchronous, event-driven patterns.
• Manage database schema design, perform migrations, and optimize query performance for MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Participate in infrastructure-as-code efforts using Terraform or similar tools, deploying to multi-environment AWS infrastructure including ECS, Lambda, RDS, and S3.
• Implement API security using OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security, ensuring policy-based access control.
• Maintain, refactor, and upgrade existing codebases to enhance efficiency, security, and performance.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests, supporting CI/CD workflows and observability tools like OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile sprints, and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices.
• Mentor junior team members, investigate and resolve production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, propose technical approaches, and develop detailed implementation plans.
