About the Role
Join a small, high-impact team of five as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Lassie. You will own backend architecture in Python while shipping React-based frontend features. This high-autonomy role involves building AI-driven systems from the ground up, designing distributed architectures, and shaping the product's technical direction in a fast-moving environment.

What You Will Do
- Architect and build production-grade backend systems and APIs using Python, Flask, Redis, and Celery to handle distributed data pipelines.
- Design and ship intuitive frontend features using React or modern TypeScript frameworks to provide users with seamless data interaction.
- Manage infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes while maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
- Expert-level Python developer with a proven track record of architecting scalable backend systems and distributed background job processing layers.
- Full-stack generalist proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals and modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular to build end-to-end products.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong debugging instincts and experience moving fast in small, high-ownership startup teams with minimal process.
