Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new features across the full stack, from frontend to backend, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer service platform, focusing on operational efficiency and user experience.
- Maintain and integrate both in-house and third-party tools to support customer service operations.
- Drive innovation by contributing to Generative AI initiatives that shape the future of customer service.
- Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and QA automation processes.
Skills
- Proven experience as a full stack engineer with a strong background in TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in using React for UI development.
- Experience with API technologies such as GraphQL, gRPC, and REST.
- Solid backend development skills, particularly with Java and SpringBoot framework.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Amazon Web Services.
- Strong understanding of data structures, database schema design, and modern design patterns.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the customer support or account management domain.
- Knowledge of integrating internal and third-party services.
- Experience with Generative AI or machine learning at the application level.
- Experience with developing internal tooling or delivery automation.
- Experience with global-scale software deployment and operations.
- Familiarity with SLOs, SREs, and contemporary observability platforms.
Benefits
The pay range for this role is $90 - $130 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
