Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new features across the full stack, from frontend to backend, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer service platform, focusing on operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Maintain and integrate both in-house and third-party tools to support customer service operations.
  • Drive innovation by contributing to Generative AI initiatives that shape the future of customer service.
  • Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and QA automation processes.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a full stack engineer with a strong background in TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in using React for UI development.
  • Experience with API technologies such as GraphQL, gRPC, and REST.
  • Solid backend development skills, particularly with Java and SpringBoot framework.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Amazon Web Services.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, database schema design, and modern design patterns.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the customer support or account management domain.
  • Knowledge of integrating internal and third-party services.
  • Experience with Generative AI or machine learning at the application level.
  • Experience with developing internal tooling or delivery automation.
  • Experience with global-scale software deployment and operations.
  • Familiarity with SLOs, SREs, and contemporary observability platforms.

Benefits

The pay range for this role is $90 - $130 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
