Full Stack Software Engineer

Role: Full Stack Software Engineer responsible for building and iterating on platforms and tools across the entire tech stack, including frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and AI components. Responsibilities: Design, ship, and improve features from MVP to production; influence product and engineering roadmaps; develop tools for various company functions; establish engineering standards and culture; empower team members by building AI infrastructure for collaboration. Qualifications & Skills: 2-5 years of experience in software development; proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL/Apollo, Go, Python, AWS, and Salesforce; strong full-stack capabilities; experience with AI tools and agents; collaborative, metrics-driven, organized, and ethical; eager to learn and adapt quickly. Key Duties: Build growth-focused products to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency; contribute to major decision-making; develop company-wide tools; and foster a scalable engineering culture. The role requires in-person work five days a week.
