Full Stack Software Engineer

Role: Full Stack Software Engineer responsible for building and iterating on Flock's platform to enhance real estate investment solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy features across the entire tech stack, from customer acquisition to fund operations; own features end-to-end; influence product and engineering decisions; develop tools for various teams; establish engineering standards; and create AI infrastructure to empower team collaboration. Qualifications & Skills: 2-5 years of experience in delivering production-quality software; full-stack fluency with TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL, Go, Python, AWS, and Salesforce; comfortable working with AI tools; collaborative mindset; bias for action; metrics-driven with strong communication skills; organized and ethical.
