Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong AWS Infrastructure, Terraform, DevOps, and modern software development experience. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on designing, building, automating, and supporting cloud-native applications and infrastructure in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Must-Have Skills:
    • 3–6 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
    • Strong Terraform experience including module development and Infrastructure as Code.
    • Production experience with AWS services in multi-account and multi-region environments.
    • Experience with Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, AKS, GKE, or OpenShift.
    • Strong CI/CD pipeline development and automation experience.
    • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java (Spring Boot), Go, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript.
    • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.
    • Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go.
    • Hands-on experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering workflows.
    • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Terraform Enterprise (TFE) and private module registry experience.
    • Experience with Spinnaker deployments and pipeline management.
    • On-premises Kubernetes platform experience.
    • Strong Go development experience.
    • Java Spring Boot expertise.
    • Experience with AI engineering frameworks and agentic workflows (LangChain, MCP, RAG, custom AI tooling).
    • Active GitHub or Open Source contributions within the last 12 months.
    • Experience with enterprise identity and access management platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • A hands-on engineer who enjoys coding and building solutions.
  • Comfortable working across infrastructure, backend, and front-end development.
  • Experienced in cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
  • Passionate about automation and AI-driven software delivery.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and capable of delivering results with minimal oversight.
  • Focused on technical execution rather than architecture-only or people-management responsibilities.
