Full-Stack Java Engineer

About the role

Apoynt is partnering with a global multi-strategy investment firm to hire a full-stack Java engineer for its internal platforms team. The team builds the applications the firm uses to make decisions about its workforce, covering recruiting, compensation and workforce planning. No finance background is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy full-stack features that automate key people-related processes.
• Work directly with senior business leaders to define and refine products.
• Build data-driven tools and analytics that support hiring, compensation and planning decisions.
• Own features from design through deployment and ongoing adoption.
• Contribute to technical direction and design roadmaps.

Qualifications
