Lead the development of Base360.ai, the technology platform powering every aspect of The Flex.
Work across product, engineering, AI, and operations to create scalable systems that automate processes, improve decision-making, and accelerate company growth.
Build high-impact products that improve guest experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Architect scalable systems ensuring the platform remains scalable, reliable, and maintainable as the company grows internationally.
Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, development workflows, and technical documentation.
Mentor and support engineers providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a high-performance engineering culture focused on continuous improvement.
Develop systems that eliminate manual work and allow operations to scale efficiently across multiple markets.
Build and maintain integrations with platforms including Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, Google, OpenAI, and other strategic partners.
Leverage AI to implement AI-powered workflows, tools, and agents that improve productivity and decision-making across the business.
Collaborate closely with product, operations, revenue, and leadership teams to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.

Strong full-stack software engineering experience.
Experience designing and scaling production systems.
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture.
Experience leading technical projects from concept to deployment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to balance speed with engineering quality.
Strong ownership mentality and bias toward execution.
