Lead Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of the company's AI infrastructure, ensuring that it effectively monitors, evaluates, and improves the reliability of autonomous agents in production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of new features and improvements to the ABM platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer success to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
• Lead technical discussions and decisions related to the ABM platform, providing guidance on best practices and emerging technologies
• Work closely with the customer success team to understand their needs and translate those into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company and external partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack or backend engineering at top tier companies
• Experience with machine learning and natural language processing
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with Python, Java, or C++
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
