About this role

Companies in the Yara Network are hiring Full Stack Engineers, from seed-stage teams hiring their first engineers to growth companies hiring twenty. One application puts your work in front of all of them. You'll build real products end to end: frontend, backend, data, and deploys, at AI-native startups that ship weekly.

Who this is for

• You build across the whole stack and like it that way. Frontend craft one day, API and database design the next.
• You ship. Side projects, startup features, or production systems at scale. What matters is that real people used what you built.
• You're AI-native in how you build. Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex are already part of your workflow.
• You'd rather be judged on shipped work than on keyword-matching a resume.
• You want a real human reviewing you. Every application here gets read by a person, and you see when they open it.

Requirements

• 3+ years building production web applications, or less with exceptional shipped work
• TypeScript and React, plus a backend language like Node.js, Python, or Go
• Databases, APIs, and cloud deploys you set up yourself
• An LLM-powered feature you shipped is a strong plus
• A GitHub, portfolio, or live product link that shows your work
