Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Companies in the Yara Network are hiring senior engineers in San Francisco who own products end to end. You'll join a small team as one of the first ten engineers, often interviewing directly with the founders, and ship agent-powered products for finance, infrastructure, and enterprise customers. This is a Yara Network Application—apply once and get matched across our partner companies.

Responsibilities

• You ship fast and stay in motion. You'd rather get something rough to users this week than polish it for a month.
• You're AI-native in how you build. You already use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools as a force multiplier.
• You care about the whole stack: DB design, API contracts, frontend craft, deploys. You don't draw hard lines between "my job" and "not my job."
• You've been early at a startup. You've owned surfaces from zero to one, worked directly with founders, and shipped through ambiguity.
• You obsess over craft—the pixels, the edge cases, the response times. You care about details most people miss.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web applications
• Strong TypeScript and React, with backend chops in Node.js, Python, or Go
• Track record shipping complete features end to end in small teams
• Comfort picking up unfamiliar tools and systems fast
• Experience at a seed to Series C startup is a strong plus
