Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives in one of the hardest environments in business: legacy supply chains, enterprise customers, startup speed, and chaotic real-world operations.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and operate services and UIs used daily by shippers, carriers, and drivers.
• Embed AI/LLMs (Vertex AI, open-source models, agentic tools) to automate decision-making and super-charge developer productivity.
• Stabilize back end services.
• Own Problems end to end.

What You'll Work With

• Backend: Golang, Python, Postgres, Redis
• Frontend: TypeScript, Angular(v13+), Vue 3 / SvelteKit
• Infra: GCP

Must-haves

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems at scale.
• Strong background in component-driven front-end engineering (Angular, Vue, React, or Svelte) and modern UX patterns.
• Fluency with SQL schema design and data modeling for transactional & analytical workloads.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs/AI agents to boost velocity and solve novel problems.
• Superior product reasoning skills Exceptional written & verbal communication; able to align technical decisions with business outcomes.

Nice-to-haves

• Proven track record of owning problems end to end
• Experience stabilizing and scaling large code bases
