Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer (Backend Focused) to architect and scale our core Developer and Enterprise APIs. You will design resilient, low-latency backend systems and streaming data pipelines that power our real-time AI and voice intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Ownership: Take features from ambiguous problem statements through design, coding, deployment, and customer iteration.
• Architect Platform Systems: Build scalable REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and persistence layers for enterprise applications.
• Exercise Sharp Scope Judgment: Ship high-quality systems quickly by making deliberate technical trade-offs.
• Multiply the Team: Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, design feedback, tooling improvements, and mentorship.

Requirements

• 8+ Years of Experience: A strong background in building server-side software that runs in production.
• Product Building: Experience building new features or products from scratch in fast-moving teams.
• Core Tech Skills: Broad knowledge of web servers, databases, cloud platforms, and API designs.
• Self-Starter: Ability to figure out solutions and keep moving forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Skills

• Python, AWS, DevOps

Bonus Skills

• Working with AWS or infrastructure automation tools.
• Prior experience with high-concurrency architectures, streaming data processing, or developer-facing platform products.
