Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Hanover Park is building an AI-native ERP for private markets infrastructure, including a proprietary general ledger accounting system and tools for fund administration. This role involves working directly with the CTO to build full-stack products, integrate AI/LLM workflows, and make technical decisions for core systems serving billions in assets.

Location: New York, NY (On-site, 5 days per week)

Compensation: $150,000-200,000/year

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack products end-to-end, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI deployment.
• Develop AI-powered automation for fund administration workflows.
• Make technical decisions on infrastructure alongside the CTO.
• Ship products without dedicated QA or detailed product management specifications.
• Utilize TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase/Postgres, AWS, and Trigger.dev for background jobs and AI inference.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Production experience building or integrating LLM/AI workflows.
• High ownership mindset; ability to start solving problems without waiting for detailed specs.

Nice to have

• Fintech or accounting software background.
• Experience with data-intensive backend work in healthtech, insurance, finance, or loans.
• Seed-to-Series B startup experience.
