Full Stack Engineer

About the role

IntePros is looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer to join a team supporting and developing critical enterprise applications. This is a hands-on role with a heavy backend focus, along with ownership of existing applications and new development.

Environment

• Java / Spring Boot
• Angular
• Oracle or SQL Server
• REST APIs and microservices
• Application support, maintenance, and modernization
• CI/CD and secure development practices
• Vulnerability remediation and production issues
• Database development and management
• Snowflake is a plus

Experience

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong backend experience (60%+)
• Experience taking ownership of applications from development through production
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with vendors and business stakeholders
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Windsurf, or similar is highly preferred
• Experience with spec-driven development is a plus
