Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Full Stack Software Development Engineer position located in Redmond, WA. This is a fully onsite role. W2, direct hire only; no C2C or vendor opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications and services
• Build and support operational and analytics dashboards
• Develop backend APIs, automation, and integrations using Python
• Create responsive frontend experiences using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting scalable web applications and dashboards
• Strong enterprise Full-Stack Development experience, including frontend feature development using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Backend services and API development using Python
• Development and support of dashboards and data-driven applications
• Strong software engineering fundamentals across system design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support

Skills

• Experience developing operational, analytics, monitoring, or diagnostic dashboards
• Hands-on experience building and operating applications in AWS or other cloud platforms
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with the ability to independently drive complex technical problems through resolution
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
