About the role
We seek a Full-Stack engineer eager to build, own, and ship product experiences in a dynamic environment. This role suits someone comfortable with backend and frontend development, contributing to system design, and shaping feature development. As a key player in our early stages, you'll influence how we build, ship, and maintain our platform.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain full-stack features across backend services and user-facing applications
- Own features end-to-end, from design to production
- Contribute to system reliability, performance, and scalability
- Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams
- Improve system health and visibility
- Contribute to internal engineering practices, tooling, and documentation

- Scaled backend systems to handle increased enterprise usage

Must-haves
- Experience building and shipping full-stack applications in production
- Strong backend development and system design fundamentals
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js and modern frontend frameworks)
- Experience with databases, especially NoSQL
- Ability to own features end-to-end and operate independently
- Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice-to-haves
- Previous Full-Stack or software engineering experience
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Experience with data-intensive or complex applications
- Familiarity with fintech or regulated environments
