Requirements
- Strong React and React Native experience — you've shipped production mobile apps, not just web
- Comfortable reading, writing, and debugging Python backend code; you're not blocked by an API task
- Experience with web frameworks
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling
- Self-directed and async-capable; you move fast without waiting for specs to be handed to you
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure fine)
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in healthcare — you want to build things that matter to real patients and clinicians
- Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate
Skills
- Prior startup experience is helpful — you've operated with high ownership, limited process, and real accountability
