Full Service Restaurant Line Cook | Denver Airport

About the role

Mission Yogurt is seeking full-time Line Cooks for ChoLon, located inside the Denver Airport. We are looking for an experienced full-service restaurant line cook who has knowledge of working in a professional kitchen. If you've successfully worked grill and fry stations in a medium- to high-volume full-service restaurant and take pride in cooking high-quality food with speed, consistency, and accuracy, this might be the place for you.

As a Line Cook, you'll prepare menu items to recipe specifications, execute multiple stations during service, maintain food safety standards, and work alongside a talented BOH team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Our ideal candidate has experience at restaurants similar to: full-service casual dining, upscale casual, breweries, steakhouses, seafood restaurants, hotel restaurants, or chef-driven concepts where they've regularly worked grill, sauté, and fry stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to recipe specifications
• Execute multiple stations (grill, sauté, fry) during service
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Set up, stock, and break down stations for service
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout each shift
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
• Hands-on experience working grill, sauté, and fry stations during busy meal periods
• Able to cook multiple menu items simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and ticket times
• Strong understanding of proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices
• Able to set up, stock, and break down stations for service
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethity

• Must be able to pass a required 10-year airport background check

Please note: Experience limited to fast food, quick-service restaurants, convenience stores, or cafeterias does not meet the requirements for this role.

Physical Demands

• Work on your feet for up to 12 hours
• Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching overhead
• Lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive hand and wrist motion
