Restaurant Line Cook | Denver Airport

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Line Cook for our establishment at Denver International Airport. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-service restaurant kitchens, specifically in grilling, sautéing, and frying.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to recipe specifications
• Execute multiple stations during service
• Maintain food safety standards
• Work alongside a talented BOH team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
• Hands-on experience working grill, sauté, and fry stations during busy meal periods
• Able to cook multiple menu items simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and ticket times
• Strong understanding of proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices
• Experience following recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications
• Able to set up, stock, and break down stations for service
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized workstation throughout each shift
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a required 10-year airport background check
• Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion
