Full Charge Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Processing Transactions
• Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Reconcile payments
• Processing and recording donations from sources like Facebook, PayPal, and Venmo accounts
• Posting payroll entries, not processing payroll
• Setting up vendor accounts
• Tracking/recording/processing payments to trainers, handlers, contractors
• Reconciling at month and quarter end
• Front-to-back experience with QuickBooks

Requirements

• Experience working in a not-for-profit
• Comfortable working in an office with dogs and cats
