Schedule
- Sunday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay
$19.75/hour base plus incentive pay (up to $25.00/hour).
Position Purpose
Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse Worker, you will support shipping and/or receiving functions, perform assigned duties, and collaborate as a team member to best serve the company.
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties such as forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, pallet breakdown, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
- Maintain warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers by performing general housekeeping duties and ensuring a safe work environment; report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Conduct daily safety checks of assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.
- Perform damage control checks on received items and contact supervisor to remove damaged items per company policy.
- Replace batteries requiring recharging, complete vehicle inspection checklists, and follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures.
- Review work schedule and daily production paperwork to prepare for operations.
- Wear all required Personal Proteive Equipment and Safety Gear.
- Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
- Secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
- 6+ months of experience operating a forklift and/or pallet jack (electric pallet jack experience required).
- Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products from shelves at various heights weighing between 10–35 pounds, and occasionally up to 60–90 pounds, depending on location.
- Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
- Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
