Fulfillment Trainer

Responsibilities

• Support the fulfillment center’s initiatives and employee training.
• Accurately track training progress and complete training documentation.
• Share practical, hands-on knowledge.
• Communicate expectations to trainees regarding processes to meet or exceed production and quality goals.
• Minimize making decisions outside of the processes.
• Prepared with tools to achieve objectives and targets.
• Demonstrate flexibility when change in processes/procedures occurs.
• Train new hires and cross-train full-time employees on processes (clearly describe a process, then demonstrate, etc.).
• Host onboarding tours for new hires.
• Share knowledge of warehouse safety.
• Ensure SOPs/WIs are visible at every workstation, cart, etc., as appropriate.
• Perform all other duties the site may require as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

This position is not remote. Travel is not required.
