Fulfillment Technology Integration Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage fulfillment technology/pharmacy automation projects with adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Cook up coordination with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources for efficient and effective delivery of results
• Develop timely and thorough development of requirements expressing the desired operational and quality impacts
• Achieve organizational alignment and buy-in on fulfillment changes
• Achieve each project's ROI as expressed in budgets and project charters
• Implement projects and create go-live processes and resources

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• 5+ years of progressive experience in automated pharmacy fulfillment, particularly in a Coreflex enabled environment
• Broad knowledge of frontend prescription processing and its impact on fulfillment requirements, particularly NDC selection and adjudication
• Hands-on prescription fulfillment and leadership experience
