Fulfillment Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate, package, and stage all orders and ensure accuracy of all forms
• Collaborate with Logistics Team on delivery routing and scheduling
• Determine all product requirements and prepare required paperwork
• Manage finished goods inventory supply chain, from processing and storage to order fulfillment
• Generate and communicate accurate inventory reports and status updates to internal team members and wholesale partners upon request
• Learn and master order fulfillment and inventory management aspects of company inventory tracking system
• Deliver orders to customers, load and unload packages at destinations, ensure accuracy and report any errors on shipping manifests
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity

Qualifications and Education

• Fluency with inventory tracking or fulfillment computer software
• Detail-oriented with the ability to be consistently accurate with counts and data
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Able to obtain and maintain a State Agent ID

Compensation and Benefits

• $16.50-$18.00 per hour, non-exempt
