Fulfillment Operations Technician

About the role

CPSG is a distributor of access control and perimeter security products. This role is within the CPSG Operations function.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality
• Affiliate with customers for order pickup; complete deliveries of inventory to customer locations; provide standard customer service functions while managing inbound and outbound product flow for customer accounts
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet operational goals and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Forklift Certification
• 3+ years experience in a high volume warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience handling specific customer accounts and coordinating logistics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%

Pay

The pay range for this position is $22.16 - $34.46/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
