Fulfillment Team Lead (Nights)

About the role

Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Team Lead! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented leader to support fulfillment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate shipping and receiving while guiding team members and driving efficiency.

Location & Schedule

• Location: Durham, NC
• Schedule: Onsite, Night Shift 7pm - 7am on a 2,2,3,2 rotation

What You'll Do

• Provide daily guidance and support to fulfillment team members
• Assist with onboarding, training, and team development
• Monitor daily operations and communicate issues to leadership
• Ensure products are received, inspected, and shipped accurately
• Inspect incoming materials for defects or damage
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders
• Support scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and system updates
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Support compliance with QMS and ISO standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You'll Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Previous lead or team support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
