How you will make an impact
- Lead, mentor, and coach warehouse associates in procedures, performance standards, and company vision.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy in inventory, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
- Assign tasks, direct workflow, and prioritize orders to meet delivery timelines.
- Promote company health and safety practices, ensuring compliance across all activities.
- Support warehouse leadership in planning future capacity requirements and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and assist in receiving, unloading, and put-away of stock.
- Ensure proper use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning equipment.
- Monitor picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee preparation of shipping documents and coordination with carriers.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of stock movements, receivables, and workflow metrics.
- Train new hires and support ongoing skill development of warehouse staff.
- Serve as a point of escalation for problem-solving material needs, inventory issues, and process barriers.
- Reinforce adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and Core Values through daily leadership.

Where You’ll Work and What’s required
- Team Lead Responsibility Warehouse Team Personnel – could be specific team- based on the processes being performed (i.e. Lead – Receiving, Lead – Pic and Pack, Lead – Shipping, Lead - IC)
- Work Environment This position works in an environment in which safety; environmental and health concerns may demand constant attention.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse setting. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment can vary, but below the required limits for hearing protection.
- Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally team-lift and move objects up to 75 pounds. Employees must be able to be on their feet up to 8-10 hours per day/shift.
Required education and experience
- 3 years Warehouse Experience
- Demonstrates Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Able to Operate Computerized Scanning Equipment and PC Based Programs
Preferred education and experience
- Previously held Team Lead position (1 Year)
