Fulfillment Team Lead
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- About the role: maybe "Your Opportunity" paragraph: "Taylor Corporation is looking for a Fulfillment Team Lead to join our team! In this role, you will help keep the daily fulfillment workflow organized, prioritized, and moving in a fast-paced operation. This is a hands-on team lead position that supports the work, helps troubleshoot issues throughout the day, and serves as a key point of communication across the operation."
Also maybe "About Taylor Corporation" is separate but could be "About the role"? Actually "About Taylor Corporation" is about company, not role. The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly.
We have:
- Work Authorization: must be authorized to work in US without sponsorship. This is a requirement? Could be part of Requirements.
- Your Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Your Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM => Schedule.
- You Must Have: list of skills/abilities => could be Skills or Requirements? The posting has "You Must Have" then bullet list. Then later "Requirements Within This Position" with more bullet list. Then "We Would Also Prefer" list.
We need to decide sections: Responsibilities (Your Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe combine Work Authorization, You Must Have, Requirements Within This Position). Qualifications maybe "We Would Also Prefer"? Skills maybe "You Must Have"? But we must not create thin sections. Better to have:
- About the role: includes "Your Opportunity" paragraph and maybe "About Taylor Corporation"? Actually About the role should describe the role. We'll put the opportunity paragraph.
- Responsibilities: list from "Your Responsibilities".
- Requirements: combine Work Authorization, You Must Have, Requirements Within This Position (maybe as bullet list). Could also include "We Would Also Prefer" as Qualifications or Skills? But we can put them under Qualifications (preferred qualifications). However instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for Qualifications (preferred experience). So we can include Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe not needed if we covered in Requirements. But we could put "You Must Have" as Skills. However that would duplicate. Better to treat "You Must Have" as Skills, and Requirements as mandatory requirements (like work auth, physical). But the posting splits them: "You Must Have" list of skills/abilities, then "Requirements Within This Position" list of physical/functional requirements, then "We Would Also Prefer" list of preferred experience.
Thus we can have:
- Skills: the "You Must Have" list.
- Requirements: Work Authorization + "Requirements Within This Position" (physical).
- Qualifications: "We Would Also Prefer" list.
- Pay: The anticipated hourly range $20-$22.
- Schedule: Your Shift.
- Benefits: Not explicitly listed? There's mention of DailyPay and later "About Taylor Corporation" includes benefits: "Our employees enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including a choice of several health plans, dental, vision, wellness programs, life and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off (PTO) and 64 hours of annual holiday pay." That's benefits content. So we can include Benefits section with that.
- About the role: we have opportunity paragraph.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is EEO statement and "The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position." That's boilerplate? Might be considered legal; we should remove EEO and employer rights? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So remove the EEO paragraph and the "The Employer retains the right..." line. Also remove "Taylor Corporation including all partners and affiliates is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled." That's EEO.
Also remove "Watch the Taylor Corporation video" maybe not needed but it's part of About Taylor Corporation; we can keep the descriptive paragraph about company? That's not about role but maybe we could include as part of About the role? Actually About the role should be about the role, not company. But we have no other about role content besides the opportunity paragraph. The "About Taylor Corporation" is company description; could be omitted as not required heading? The instruction says include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for About the role (the opportunity paragraph). We could also include a section "About Taylor Corporation" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not add a custom heading for company. We could incorporate company description into About the role? Might be okay but could be considered not about role. However we have limited content; maybe we can put the company description under About the role as extra context. It's not prohibited. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should stick to those. So we should only use those headings. So we need to fit all content under those headings.
Thus:
- About the role: include the opportunity paragraph plus maybe the company description? Could be okay.
- Responsibilities: list.
- Skills: You Must Have list.
- Requirements: Work Authorization + Requirements Within This Position (physical).
- Qualifications: We Would Also Prefer list.
- Pay: hourly range.
- Schedule: shift.
- Benefits: benefit package description.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.

Benefits:Benefits
Our employees enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including a choice of several health plans, dental, vision, wellness programs, life and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off (PTO) and 64 hours of annual holiday pay.

No more waiting for direct deposit or a paper check! Learn more about DailyPay". This is a benefit/pay feature. Could be included in Benefits or Pay. Since we already have Benefits section, we could add a sentence about DailyPay there. But we must not invent content; we have that content. So we should incorporate it into Benefits. Let's add to Benefits paragraph: include DailyPay mention. Thus Benefits paragraph: "Taylor is proud to now offer “DailyPay”. With “DailyPay”, you can get paid on your very first day. No more waiting for direct deposit or a paper check! Learn more about DailyPay. Our employees enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including a choice of several health plans, dental, vision, wellness programs, life and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off (PTO) and 64 hours of annual holiday pay." We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed those. Now output only HTML fragment. Check for any duplicated lines: we
