About the role
The Fulfillment Supervisor at Athletic Brewing Company leads the fulfillment team in their daily activities and directly impacts the success of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. This role is integral to the company's 5 core values: Community, Quality, Inclusion, Innovation, and Integrity.
Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time and in-full delivery (OTIF) of all ecommerce and brewery direct orders routed from Athletic Brewing’s fulfillment centers.
- Drive efficiency and process improvement initiatives with the fulfillment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Plan and organize daily activities related to eCommerce picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure all team members are prepared with necessary tools and training for their roles.
- Coordinate temporary workers as needed and collaborate with other department leaders to manage overtime shifts.
- Supervise Fulfillment Associates' time and attendance, PTO requests, and payroll approvals.
- Ensure proper staffing to meet required volumes.
- Lead 1:1 check-ins with the Fulfillment team to discuss performance, development, and coaching opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the Warehouse Operations Manager and ensure team buy-in.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Operations Manager to support E-commerce goals and expectations.
- Schedule and send daily end-of-shift emails with KPIs and plans for the next day.
- Address out-of-specification items with clear action items.
- Manage projects, tasks, and responsibilities assigned by the Warehouse Operations Manager.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the E-commerce work area.
Requirements
- Prior team leadership experience required, with prior fulfillment experience valued.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable with using software such as Google Workspace, Netsuite, Workday, ShipStation, RF Smart, etc.

- Personal curiosity in improving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, listening, and verbal communication skills.
- AI enthusiasm and/or experience preferred.
- Honest, dependable, high integrity, team player, and passionate.
- Ability to build relationships and promote teamwork through coaching, mentoring, and a positive attitude.
Skills and Experience
- Experience: Prior team leadership required and prior fulfillment experience valued.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Computer Skills: Google Workspace, Comfortable with using software such as Netsuite, Workday, Shipstation, RF Smart, etc.
