Fulfillment Supervisor

Provide administrative and business support to Program Managers by coordinating and publishing cross‑BU and organization reports, executing system/database updates promptly, and analyzing performance metrics and operational trends for management review.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and publish Daily Build Report and Weekly Metrics Reports for management review.
• Publish Backlog Analysis Reports for business units.
• Manage lead time by executing schedule pads in the system, analyzing lead‑time trends, and distributing pad reports.
• Track New Product Hold status and apply or release holds based on Marketing or PM requests.
• Publish Build Linearity to synchronize build‑plan status between customers and Foxconn.
• Initiate and improve current reporting processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, or a general Business major.

Experience

• 2–4 years of production planning experience.
• Business analysis experience.

Skills

• Strong Excel and database skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of production planning and supply chain concepts.

Work Schedule

Early morning hours (5 am or 6 am) are required to compile and publish reports for FTX daily operation. Position is located in Houston, Texas.
