Responsibilities

  • Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Meet production goals
  • Successfully execute daily production orders
  • Respond to unexpected issues
  • Work effectively with colleagues and supervisors
  • Provide continuous quality evaluation and control
  • Understand and uphold company and industry policies, professional standards, and values
  • Accept work assignments and associated training to support production
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive workplace

Requirements

  • Work experience in a print and mail environment or knowledge of printing and mailing is strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with other team members
  • Ability to complete tasks that require frequent standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
  • General technical skills, including proficiency with web-based operating systems and Internet tools
