Fulfillment Specialist (Mail Inserter, 2nd Shift)
Responsibilities
- Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Meet production goals
- Successfully execute daily production orders
- Respond to unexpected issues
- Work effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Provide continuous quality evaluation and control
- Understand and uphold company and industry policies, professional standards, and values
- Accept work assignments and associated training to support production
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive workplace
Requirements
- Work experience in a print and mail environment or knowledge of printing and mailing is strongly preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Punctuality and reliability
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Ability to complete tasks that require frequent standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- General technical skills, including proficiency with web-based operating systems and Internet tools
