Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve end-to-end training strategy and curriculum
  • Identify training and development gaps during deployment
  • Manage Warehouse Management System Program across its lifecycle
  • Track system enhancements and prioritize business unit requests
  • Partner with various teams to support projects and training updates
  • Lead the Fulfilment Intern Program and communicate updates to leadership

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Training and/or Program Management
  • Experience in developing or supporting training programs
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
