Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve end-to-end training strategy and curriculum
- Identify training and development gaps during deployment
- Manage Warehouse Management System Program across its lifecycle
- Track system enhancements and prioritize business unit requests
- Partner with various teams to support projects and training updates
- Lead the Fulfilment Intern Program and communicate updates to leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Training and/or Program Management
- Experience in developing or supporting training programs
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
