About the Role

As the Pharmacy Technician, you will be front and center ensuring members get accurate orders on time. This hire is an important role for us to maintain our continually growing number of member orders. You will work closely with multiple teams to deliver an uncommonly seamless pharmacy experience for members. This position is based in Romeoville, Illinois and is part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Process prescription and OTC medication orders, including picking orders, packing them for shipment, and ensuring an organized working environment.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Troubleshoot order and shipping issues in partnership with the pharmacist, operations, and care teams.
  • Work side by side with a pharmacist to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, engineers, product managers, and more.
  • Find creative, fun, and professional ways to deliver the best possible experience for our patients.

Requirements

  • Active IL Pharmacy Technician License (Certification - CPhT, a plus!).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

While we strive to maintain consistent schedules, flexibility is required, as your scheduled workdays may occasionally shift to help cover holidays, team PTO, or other staffing needs. Advanced notice of at least two weeks will be provided for any changes to the regular schedule. Please note that shift structures may be adjusted in the future based on evolving business needs.

  • Monday: consecutive 8-hour shift between 7:00am - 9:00pm or 4:30pm - 9pm
  • Tuesday: consecutive 8-hour shift between 7:00am - 9:00pm or 4:30pm - 9pm
  • Wednesday: 4:30pm - 9pm
  • Thursday: 4:30pm - 9pm
  • Friday: consecutive 8-hour shift between 7:00am - 9:00pm or 4:30pm - 9pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Sunday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay

The hourly rate for new hires in this position ranges from $21 to $23.50, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
