Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment (Full-time)

About the role

Managed Healthcare Pharmacy, a Guardian Pharmacy, is a fast‑growing long‑term care pharmacy in Eugene, OR, providing customized medication management solutions for seniors and individuals with complex care needs. The Fulfillment Team prepares and packages medications for delivery, offering on‑the‑job training and a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Filling, packaging, and preparing prescription orders
• Applying labels and verifying medication information for accuracy
• Scanning and organizing medications for shipment
• Maintaining inventory and stocking pharmacy supplies
• Keeping workstations clean, organized, and efficient
• Identifying and communicating medication or inventory discrepancies
• Learning and assisting in other areas of the fulfillment process as needed
• Working closely with pharmacists and fellow team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

• Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician License (required before hire)
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Full‑time: Saturday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Sunday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; plus three weekdays of your choosing, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
