Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician - Romeoville, IL (Part-Time)

About the role

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will ensure members receive accurate orders on time, playing a key role in maintaining Ro’s growing volume of member orders. You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver a seamless pharmacy experience for patients. This part-time position is based in Romeoville, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription and OTC medication orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain an organized working environment in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Troubleshoot order and shipping issues in partnership with pharmacists, operations, and care teams.
• Work alongside a pharmacist to ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, engineers, product managers, and more.
• Find creative and professional ways to deliver the best possible patient experience.

Requirements

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (CPhT certification a plus).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

While schedules aim to be consistent, flexibility is required to cover holidays, team PTO, or staffing needs. Changes to the regular schedule will be communicated with at least two weeks’ notice. Shift structures may adjust based on business needs.

• Monday: Consecutive 8-hour shift between 7:00am – 9:00pm or 4:30pm – 9:00pm
• Tuesday: Consecutive 8-hour shift between 7:00am – 9:00pm or 4:30pm – 9:00pm
• Wednesday: 4:30pm – 9:00pm
• Thursday: 4:30pm – 9:00pm
• Friday: Consecutive 8-hour shift between 7:00am – 9:00pm or 4:30pm – 9:00pm
• Saturday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Sunday: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Pay

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21 to $23.50, with additional competitive equity and benefits (as applicable). Compensation is determined based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
