Fulfillment Operations Specialist

About the role

We're a fast-growing live commerce company in the sports collectibles space. We operate high-volume livestream card breaks across platforms like Fanatics Live, Whatnot, Tiktok and move thousands of orders every single day.

Responsibilities

• Pack, sort, and process outbound orders accurately and efficiently
• Support inventory organization and tracking
• Assist with inbound shipments and logistics coordination
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning fulfillment workspace
• Work alongside the operations leadership team to keep daily workflows running smoothly

Requirements

• Based in NYC or able to commute daily (on-site only)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to stay focused in a high-volume, physical work environment
• Team player who shows up ready to work
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (any field welcome)
• Interest in sports, e-commerce, or live commerce is a plus
